As parents will already know, many children seem to spending more time online, both on games and social media. Whilst lots of games are enjoyable and 'age appropriate' , others are not. Many of you will have already talked through the possible risks and the 'dos and don'ts' of gaming online and social media but it can often be difficult to keep up to date with the current trends.

To help parents with this, we have subscribed to Knowsley City Learning Centres who will supply us with monthly Online Safety Newsletters. These have current and up to date advice and help for parents and will be sent home each month. In addition, this month, we will also be sending home the Parental Control booklet with helpful advice about security settings on a variety of devices and platforms.
